I currently lead a team of 5 developers ensuring code quality, consistency and best practices whilst ensure delivery via Agile/SCRUM framework.

In this role, I mentor junior and senior developers to become professional developers with a regular review on SOLID, DRY and BDD code.

I work with key stakeholders to bring new features to market, translate business requirements to technical requirements and suggest alternative technology solutions.

In the past, I have run offshore teams in the Philipines, Indonesia and Bangladesh.
